The Story

The Story Behind the Work

For more than two decades, I operated inside environments where under performing was not an option. I built and ran a successful real estate company, made high-stakes decisions, led teams, and navigated growth under real pressure. I saw what worked, what didn't, and what separated people who sustained high-performance individuals from those whose progress had stalled. That experience shaped how I think about discipline, execution, and leadership.

Over time, I began to see a pattern. Capable people plateauing. Not because they lacked talent or ambition. But because they misunderstood what performance requires. They relied on inspiration instead of discipline, motivation instead of structure. My work exists to correct that. I focus on applying rigor, standards, and repeatable systems—so the skills that already work in one area translate everywhere else.

Success isn't easy. But it is simple.

Questions

Frequently Asked

The questions I get most often about speaking, coaching, The Zenith Clubhouse and the Unmask podcast.

I'm a speaker, author and performance coach, and the founder of The Zenith Clubhouse. I spent decades building and rebuilding businesses in real estate, and today I help leaders and teams turn capability into consistent execution — using failure as fuel instead of a verdict.

My talks live at the intersection of resilience, leadership and execution: supercharging failure, building teams that perform under pressure, the mindset behind real estate and entrepreneurial success, and unmasking the stories leaders tell themselves. Every talk is tailored to the room before I walk into it.

The Zenith Clubhouse is the community I founded for driven entrepreneurs and leaders who want honest rooms, real accountability and peers operating at a high level. It's where the work continues after the keynote — through conversation, coaching and the relationships that actually move a business forward.

Use the contact form on this site or view my speaker kit for topics, formats, bio and photos. Tell me your audience, the outcome you want and the date, and I'll come back to you personally with the format that fits — keynote, fireside, workshop or panel.

Yes. Alongside keynotes I coach founders, executives and sales teams, and run private workshops for organizations. The work is practical: clarify the goal, remove the drag, install habits that survive a hard quarter. Reach out through the contact form and we'll see whether it's a fit.

Unmask is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube, and every episode is linked on the podcast page of this site. Each conversation removes the mask from a successful person's story so you hear what it actually cost them — and what they'd do differently.
